My name is Ann Ross. I don’t think she is a horrible reader, but the way she communicates things to the client are inconsistent and contradictive.
I originally thought she was on a good path, some things she said seemed correct and I was feeling this was a new reader who could be a “go to”. Unfortunately, she started giving some conflicting information and when I gave her facts she either changed the narrative to meet the information given or, at one point, she even told me I was incorrect on my “facts”.

I wish I could share this guidance session with everyone. I explained that I had a lot of instance in addition to fiscal situation invested in the reading that I did not want to lose but her contradictions were starting to make me concerned on all areas of the guidance session. I tried to slow it down and start over. I don't think she is a horrible reader, nevertheless the way she communicates things to the client are inconsistent and contradictive.
