I followed up with a 2nd conversation when it happened, it was mentioned it was due to repairs, when asked if they would fix issues so I could move I was told some things not all, and may be pushed back by a week, they are trying to get it done. So far, reliable consultation. It was in fact pushed back a week, as not all repairs could be made on period. 4/5 stars as waiting on other predictions to come to pass (but will definitely update when they do). Honestly, highlighted ReviewView All Ratings & ReviewsShe felt like the first advisor to genuinely understand the matter. This was my first advisory session with her plus the details she gave really matched the scenario and the person in question. I did leave this session feeling hopeful and with something to look forward to, however it felt more realistic to me through this advisory session which was sobering. Samantha is not that compassionate of advisor. I’ve had sessions where advisors will share details that feel hopeful but aren’t certainly precise to the interaction I’ve had. I think Samantha’s able to share details that match the reality of your situation which doesn’t give you false hope. It gives you something to look forward to but more in a humbling way.Show More

This was my first guidance session with her plus the details she gave really matched the situation and the person in question. I think Samantha’s able to share details that match the reality of your condition which doesn’t give you false hope. I did leave this guidance session feeling hopeful plus with something to look forward to, but it felt more realistic to me through this guidance session which was sobering.
